Troubleshooting: Perfect Fit® Lithium Motors

Motor not responding

– Charge for 5-6 hours and try again.

Motor jumping (juddering)

– Smaller blinds may need weight added to the bottom bar to ensure they go down smoothly. Make sure the Roller tube has no burrs or damage before assembling the blind. The blind may need to be disassembled to inspect the motor, please get a blind manufacturer to do this for you. The motor may need replacing.

Motor not holding charge

– Motors that are not holding charge could indicate that the motor needs replacing; other radio controlled applications in the house could be interfering with the blind and causing the battery to drain. Ensure you don’t leave the blind on charge for too long as this could reduce the lifespan, charge for 6 hours then remove the charger.

Limits lost/remote not working

The motor may need replacing. Perfect Vision juddering could be reduced by setting the motor to its max speed (hold STOP and UP to increase speed).
