- The gears may have stripped inside the motor, the motor or the internal gears will have to be replaced
Limits not setting properly
- Set the limits on the motor before you fit the blind and hang the fabric, doing this the other way round can cause the motor to torque out early – meaning the motor will not close the blind properly.
The thrust washer on the opposite end of the blind may be attached too tightly, this can cause the motor to torque out early – loosen the thrust washer if this is the case.
Motor will not pair with handset
- Press the button on the motor three times, then try re-pairing the handset by holding the button until it flashes red – then press C on the back of the handset.
Make sure the C and L buttons are not stuck inside the handset.
Motor constantly flashing red
- Make sure the button on the motor isn’t stuck inside the motor case.
Make sure the C and L buttons are not stuck inside the handset.
